Take sour dough bun on a plate. Cut it horizontally into 2.

Take butter in a pan. When butter melts warm up the buns on it from both the sides. Do not make them crisp. Remove & keep aside.

For the vegetable patty : Boil the veggies along with corn. Boil the potatoes also.Cool & drain the water from the veggies & corn. Peel the potatoes.

Take oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and when they splutter add onions, capsicum, green chillies & ginger. Saute till soft.

Add the boiled vegetables, corn & potatoes.Cook till everything mix very well.

Add garam masala, chat masala, amchur, salt & mix very well. Add a squeezed bread slice.Mash everything with a potato masher. Make big size patty with the mixture.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, slowly put the patty on it & shallow fry on both the sides till golden.

How to assemble the Burger : Take both the halves of the buns on a plate.Apply Chipotle Mayo generously on both of the top of the halves. Keep a cabbage leaf on one of the lower half of the bun.

Put patty, Salad, a pinch salt & cheese slice on it. Cover with the other half of the bun & insert a toothpick in it.

Serve the burger, chips, salad & tomato ketchup & chipotle mayo in a plate. Either serve Sprite, or any cold drink or a glass of fresh juice with it. Your Gourmet Style Sour Dough Burger Bun is ready to be devoured by you.
