I recommend to use the ready made pineapple juice to make it hastle-free, UNLES YOUR PINEAPPLE IS SWEET. Sour pineapple takes up too much sugar, making the drink unhealthy anyways. If using homemade pineapple juice, ensure to sieve it well. Store-bought juice may feel too sweet. You can add a bit of lemon juice to balance the taste.

Combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream and water as required to dilute the drink. Whip it once to blend well.

Add ice cubes and Serve it chilled.
