Ingredients

soaking time : 6 - 7 hours cooking time: 40 min

  1. 1 small bowl of kala chana
  2. 1 small size chopped onions
  3. 1 small size chopped tomatoes
  4. 1/4 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  6. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  7. 2 tspcoriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

soaking time : 6 - 7 hours cooking time: 40 min

    Soak chana for overnight. Pressure cook it for 6 - 7 whistle.

    In a mixing bowl take chopped onions and chopped tomatoes add boiled chana.

    Add salt, chat masala and lemon juice and mix well. Garnish it with some coriander leaves and enjoy protin pack chatpata chana.
