  1. 250 gramsgawar fali
  2. 1 tspghee
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/2tsp amchur powder
  8. 1/8tsp hing
  9. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1/4tsp ajwain
  11. 1/2tsp sugar
  12. diya or coal for smoke

    Wash gajar fali and boil till soft add sugar in boiling water

  2. 2

    Clean sides and cut fali

  3. 3

    Add salt red chilli powder coriander powder amchur turmeric in fali trasfer in abowl

  4. 4

    Burn a diya or coal till become red and add ghee

  5. 5

    Put a piece of foil paper and put burn coal on fali and add cumin seeds hing ajwain and cover for one minute

  6. 6

    Mix ghee into fali smoky gajar fali is ready
