Steps

Take leftover idly and crumble it. In a pan heat oil,add urad dal heat till light brown.

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.add curry leaves.add finely chopped onion.saute tii transparent.

Add grated carrot.add crumbled idly.mix well.add salt to taste.

Sprinkle little water (1-2 TSP). garnish with chopped coriander.serve hot.

Serve with coconut chutney.
