Sauté the grated onion in oil until it softens.

Add the chicken livers and spices, and stir well until the color changes.

Add water and let it cook for 35 to 40 minutes.

For the rice, add it to oil and water with turmeric and salt, and cook as usual.

In a bowl, mix the garlic with mayonnaise, stirring while gradually adding water until you reach the desired consistency.

To serve, pour the sauce over the rice, then add the chicken livers, and garnish the dish with toasted pita bread.
