Heat ghee in a pan. Keep the flame to the lowest possible.

Add a cup of roasted gram or chana. Cook for a minute. And then add the jaggery powder. Keep stirring it so that it doesn't become too sticky. Do it for a minute or two. That's it.

Do not do it for more than a minute or two. Otherwise the jaggery powder might burn and that gives a not so good taste later. So be a little bit vigilant while doing this. It's a little tricky. That's it.

Let it cool down. Break the gud chana with light hands. It loosens up very easily. And then fill it up in airtight containers and store at room temperature. Relish at anytime anywhere and on any day. It's a perfect treat for all. Enjoy!
