  • 150 gmBhindi (ladish finger)
  • Half bowl Chavanu / Gathiya
  • 3 tablespoonsRed chilli powder
  • 3 tablespoonscoriander powder
  • 1 table spoonturmeric powder
  • Halflemon juice
  • 1 tablespooncoriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonSalt
  • 4 table spoonoil
  • 10/12Garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • Half teaspoon Asafoetida

    Wash and dry the ladis finger now make vertical slits in theladis finger and keep it aside, now make the masala for filling. Make a paste of garlic, grind the gram flour in it and add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, add lemon juice, sugar, salt and oil to it, mix everything well and fill the okra.     Now put oil in a pan, add mustard and asafoetida in it, add the filled okra and let it fry on low flame, and when the remaining masala is absorbed by the okra, add that masala and stir well and remove it. Serve hot and can be eaten with roti, paratha or roti.. It looks very tasty 😋
