Wash the pauaa well, add turmeric, salt and lemon juice to it, mix well with your hands, add a glass of water in a steamer and steam for two to three minutes.

Now, add oil in a pan and fry the asafoetida, add dry red chili, garam masala and fennel seeds and stir, add sweet neem leaves, green chili and onion and sauté.

When the onion becomes soft, add turmeric, chili, salt and 1/2 teaspoon jeeravan masala and fry the masala, then add the steamed paua and mix well. Now add lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon jeeravan masala. Mix all well.

After two minutes, add chopped coriander and mix well and turn off the gas.

Take it out in a serving plate, sprinkle sev and garnish with chopped coriander and tutti frutti and serve.
