First take one big plate add sorghum flour,add 1/4 cup boiled water and mix some portion,then add cold water and both mix it well and make a dough.

Take small portion of dough and make a bhakari on flat surface,heat a tawa and bake it both side.ready your bhakari.

Heat. Kadhai,add oil,once it hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds it’s crackles,add asafoetida and chopped karela,soute it for 3 minutes,

Add tamarind pulp and mix it well add all spices and crushed peanuts,jaggery,soaked chana dal and salt and add one cup warm water and cook for 2 minutes.add chopped coriander.teDy bitter gourd bhaji.

Heat a pan add green chilies peanuts and oil and stir it for one minute,turn the heat.lets cool it,then add in mixer jar add garlic,salt,coriander and cumin seeds and salt blend it ready your Thecha. Pour a tadaka.

Wash a green brinjal and Polk it grace it with oil and Polk with knife add garlic cloves and roast brinjal on flame.

Once brinjal roast deep it in cold water once it cool peel it and mash it add chopped onion,crushed roasted garlic,crushed peanuts roasted peanuts,salt,chili powder and mix it,add chopped coriander.make a tadaka with oil,cumin and pour on it,

Heat a cooker add one cup rice washed two times add water in cooker pot,add dal in another pot and wash and place in cooker and cook it for 3 vessels.when it cool,heat a pan add oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,it’s cracked add green chilies and asafoetida,add cooked dal and water add salt and chopped coriander,boiled for 1 minute.ready your varan,

Arrange a thali add homemade mango pickle,mango chatani,lemon onion,thecha,brinjals bharit,bitter Gourd bhaji,bhakari,patra vadi, and varan bhat Jowar bhakri,with seet kheer. Enjoy maharashtriyan Simple thali.
