It’s my mom’s recipe & whenever she makes she put lots of fresh Methi / palak for more nutrition. Same thing I did with my kids . Methi gives a very good taste in it . Try it once . Easy and delicious after-school snack & perfect for that quick bite. . You can replace paneer with tofu . Make the filling and keep it ready in the fridge so you can pull a fantastic wrap in minutes when you want to make something for your guests quick bite. This recipe makes about 8-10 wraps that are filling and makes for a meal itself. These wraps travel well too making it perfect for packing in a school lunch box 🗃️ or for a picnic 🧺

Ingredients

  1. 350 gmspaneer crumble
  2. 1tomato 🍅 dessed & chopped
  3. 1onion 🧅 chopped
  4. 1/2green capsicum 🫑 chopped
  5. 1 cupchopped fresh methi leaves
  6. 2-3 tbspchopped spring onion
  7. 1 inchginger 🫚 chopped
  8. 2-3garlic 🧄 pods chopped
  9. 1-2green chili chopped
  10. 1 tspred chili powder
  11. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. 1/2-1 tspkitchen king masala
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 2 tbspghee
  16. 1/2 tspjeera
  17. Few drops of lemon 🍋 juice + white corn tortillas for making wrap

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan add jeera when it crackle add chopped garlic 🧄 sauté for 1 min then add onion & green chili sauté for 2-3 minutes

    Add chopped tomatoes 🍅 & capsicum 🫑 Saute it for 1-2 min

    Add chopped methi leaves stir it & add spices mix it well sprinkle very little water

    Add crumbled paneer mix it ; correct the seasoning

    Add chopped spring onion lemon 🍋 juice & ginger 🫚 mix it & switch off gas & transfer in a bowl don’t keep long time in hot pan

    Take 1 tortilla spread yogurt mint chutney add paneer bhurji & sprinkle masala onion 🧅 fold it & enjoy

    Onion salad.. thinly sliced onion 🧅 in water wash it & take in strainer after 5 min add little chili powder + salt + chopped coriander + few drops of lemon mix it masala onion ready
