Making a normal Cheesy and a Goat's milk Cheesy version here. Can split or do either... can even combine of a spectacular Taco skillet with the best of both in ONE!!

Preheat the Tallow in a skillet to medium-high heat

Add the Onion and Jalapeno and fry for 2 to 3 minutes

Add the ground Beef, Garlic, and Chili flakes, Onion and Garlic powder, Salt, Cumin, Origanum, Paprika, Black and Cayenne Pepper. Cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until the meat is browned

Add the Vinegar and Tomato puree and combine well.

Remove about 2/5 and place in another pan. Bring both pans to a simmer.

In the smaller pan, stir in the Chevin Goats milk Cheese. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

In the larger pan, stir in the Cream Cheese. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add grated Goats Milk Cheese to the smaller pan and cover.

Add grated Cheddar Cheese to the larger pan and cover.

Cook both for 4 minute to melt the Cheese.

Serve with any choice of toppings: jalapeños scallions, sour cream, diced tomatoes, cheese, avocado, guacamole
