Quick and easy Potato Peas Samosa Roll
Cooking Instructions

First take the flour, add salt, add ajwain mix it with your hands and ghee and oil mix it well with your hands, add water as required, knead the dough, apply oil and keep it covered for an hour.

Now mash the boiled potatoes, add peas and all the stuffing ingredients to it and mix it well with your hands.

Now make small balls of the mixture. Give the balls an elliptical shape and make a roll and knead the dough well and make a uniform dough.

Add water as required to the flour and make a slurry and make a thin roti from it by taking the dough and making a thin roti and arrange the stuffing on it and cut the strips and roll it and apply the slurry at the ends and pack it.

So prepare all the rolls in this way, now heat the oil and fry all the rolls on medium to slow flame until golden brown.

So the potato Peas Samosa Roll is ready, it can be served with chutney and sauce.
