Soak soyabeans in hot water for 10 mins. Squeeze and grind well.

Add chopped coriander, ginger-garlic paste, oregano seasoning, chilli flakes. Mix well.

Grate 1 cheese cube. Again mix well. Add 2 bread slice pieces into mixture. Knead like dough. Heat oil on low flame.

Start making balls from soya tikki mixture and deep fry until golden brown.

Chopped finely 1 lettuce leaf. Garnish on Fried soya tikki as shown in video.

Serve with ketchup.
