Ingredients

10 minutes
1 bowl
  • 2-3tomatoes or more cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4small yellow onion
  • 10Kalamata olives, halved
  • 2 tablespoonscanned or fresh sweet corn (about 30 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoonItalian seasoning or 2 sprigs fresh thyme, 6-7 basil leaves, and oregano
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and chop the tomatoes and onion, then place them in a salad bowl. Add the corn and halved (or smaller) olives.

    Add olive oil, salt, and your choice of herbs. (I used fresh herbs from my pots!)

    Toss everything together and enjoy your salad as a light dinner or side dish!
