A healthy and easy recipe for tea made with just three ingredients: fresh mint leaves, water, and honey or sugar!

Pick the mint leaves from your plant or buy them at the supermarket, then wash them.

In a small pot, kettle, or coffee maker, bring water to a boil. Add the mint leaves and let them steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the leaves.

Add your preferred sweetener to taste, depending on how strong the mint flavor is.

Taste and adjust by adding more mint leaves or honey if you like.

To make iced tea, use less boiling water, steep the mint leaves for 3-5 minutes, then remove them. Add your sweetener, fill the glass with ice, and top off with water.

Or, make the tea as usual, remove the leaves, and refrigerate to enjoy later!
