This recipe was created to avoid wasting anything. We had leftover ketchup from my daughter's party, and since no one really likes it, I thought of using it to cook some turkey. Great idea—it’s also delicious served in a sandwich.

This recipe was created to avoid wasting anything. We had leftover ketchup from my daughter's party, and since no one really likes it, I thought of using it to cook some turkey. Great idea—it’s also delicious served in a sandwich.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Slice the turkey into strips, season with salt, and coat with flour.

In a nonstick skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, rosemary, garlic, potatoes, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add the turkey, ketchup, and 1 cup of water (about 240 ml). Cook for 15 minutes.

Remove the rosemary and garlic, then serve.

It’s also delicious served in a sandwich.
