Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gChicken tenders
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  4. 1 tspGarlic powder
  5. 1/2 tspOnion powder
  6. 1/4 tspCayenne pepper
  7. 1/2 tspPaprika
  8. 2 tbspOlive oil
  9. 200 gBaby potatoes (mixed colors)
  10. 150 gBrussels sprouts

Steps

  1. 1

    Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and paprika.

  2. 2

    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, cook chicken until golden and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, toss with same seasonings and 1/2 tbsp olive oil.

  4. 4

    Roast potatoes in oven at 400°F for 25 min until crispy.

  5. 5

    Halve brussels sprouts, toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1/2 tbsp olive oil.

  6. 6

    Air fry brussels sprouts at 400°F for 10-12 min until crispy.

Tips

For extra juicy chicken, consider marinating it for 30 minutes before cooking.
