Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4cups, torn into bite-size pieces Iceberg lettuce
  2. 1, cut into wedges Tomato
  3. 1/2cup, julienned (2"x 1/8" strips) Baked ham
  4. 1/2cup, julienned (2"x 1/8" strips) Swiss cheese
  5. 1/4 cupRomano cheese, grated
  6. 2 tablespoonsLea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  7. 1/2 cupSpanish olive oil
  8. 1/8 cupWhite wine vinegar
  9. 4cloves, minced Garlic
  10. 2teaspoons, dried Oregano
  11. to taste Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine lettuce, tomato, ham, and Swiss cheese in a large salad bowl.

    Mix olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for the dressing.

    Add Romano cheese and Worcestershire sauce to the salad.

    Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Serve immediately.
