1/2 cupwheat flour
2 cupswater
1/4 cupjaggery
3-4 tbsppure ghee
1/2 tablespooncardamom powder
Tulsi leaves for garnishing
Dryfruits (optional)

Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat Flour.
Fry them till they become aromatic.

To prevent roasted kernels from forming, add water slowly and keep stirring.

Now add jaggery and cardamom and mix well. Cook till the halwa thickens.

Garnishing with dryfruits or tulsi leaves and serve hot.
