  1. 7 ouncespaneer, cut into 1 1/2-inch thick wide pieces (about 200 grams)
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoonsfresh cream
  3. 2 1/2 tablespoonsGreek yogurt (hung curd) (about 40 grams)
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoonschickpea flour or cashew paste
  5. 1/2 tablespoonginger paste
  6. 1/2 tablespoongreen chili paste
  7. 1 1/2medium red bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  8. 1 1/2medium red onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  9. Salt to taste
  10. as neededFreshly ground black pepper

    Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the paneer and mix all the marinade ingredients together.

    Marinate the paneer pieces in the prepared mixture. Also marinate the bell peppers and onions, then let everything rest for 30 minutes.

    Preheat the toaster. Grill the marinated paneer, onions, and bell peppers on both sides until golden brown.

    Once the paneer, bell peppers, and onions are well grilled, transfer them to a serving plate. Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve with your favorite chutney.
