Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the paneer and mix all the marinade ingredients together.

Marinate the paneer pieces in the prepared mixture. Also marinate the bell peppers and onions, then let everything rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the toaster. Grill the marinated paneer, onions, and bell peppers on both sides until golden brown.

Once the paneer, bell peppers, and onions are well grilled, transfer them to a serving plate. Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve with your favorite chutney.
