Raw White Cabbage , raw peeled Carrot - and homemade mayonnaise ( could buy a glass jar of Shop bought mayonnaise ) - did make a lot of homemade mayonnaise and so their is a lot of leftovers for another day , do store in a Fridge - like in teacups and Clingfilm over the top

Need 2 large mixing bowl's, crack large hen eggs One at a time, place egg white in ordinary large metal Mixing Bowl and place the hen egg yolks in one's Kenwood Attachment Mixing Bowl, need 8 hen egg yolks in that Kenwood metal Mixing Bowl and then add the Kenwood Whisk Attachment etc. and then automatically whisk on full speed and then keep drizzling a little bit of Olive Oil over the whisked raw egg yolks

Once you have used up all the Olive Oil - then add the teaspoon measurement Spoon of 24 teaspoons of White Wine Vinegar or Distilled White Vinegar and then add the 2 tablespoons - measurement tablespoons of Dijon Mustard and then add the 2 teaspoons of Table Salt and then can turn the large Kenwood Mixing Machine off. Can use 150g of the mayonnaise straight away - their will be leftovers

So have one's Tefal blade Blender Machine at the ready, don't need the Tefal 2 way blade Attachment, just the Tefal disc at the top that automatically shreds equal sized strip's. Use a Potato Peeler too peel the skin off of the raw large carrot and Cold water wash under the Cold water tap and then on a Chopping Board, chop the end off of the peeled raw carrot, chop with a small sharp Kitchen knife down the middle of the carrot and then shred

Chop 150g off of a raw White Cabbage, make smaller with the use of a small sharp Kitchen knife - Cold water wash in cold tap water within a large metal Mixing Bowl and then shred automatically the raw white Cabbage bits. Transfer the raw shredded Cabbage and Carrot too a large Dinner Plate - mix together with one's Hands and then add the 150g of homemade mayonnaise over the top and then use a Dessert Spoon and Dinner Fork too toss all the ingredients together
