A nice vegetable which is tasty and easy to prepare is cabbage. It eaten as vegetable in combination with other other foods such as Ugali.

A nice vegetable which is tasty and easy to prepare is cabbage. It eaten as vegetable in combination with other other foods such as Ugali.
Steps

Into a put 4 tbsp of oil.

Add the diced onions in and fry till golden brown
- 3
Add the chopped tomatoes and stir
- 4
Then add the cabbage and mix. Mix until it reduces in size. add 1 tbsp of salt and continue stirring.

Add a little water cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Then serve with Ugali or rice.
