Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 9 ozcooked crab meat (about 250 grams)
  2. 1/4 cupfinely diced onion (about 40 grams)
  3. 2avocados
  4. dressing
  5. 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  6. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  7. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  8. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1/2 tablespoonchopped cilantro

  1. 1

    Check the crab meat to make sure there are no pieces of shell.
    In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and cilantro. Mix the crab meat with the onion and the dressing.

  2. 2

    Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Use a spoon to carefully scoop out the whole avocado half in one piece. Slice a small flat section off the base of each avocado half so they sit flat on the plate.

  3. 3

    Fill the avocado halves with the crab salad.
    Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
    You can serve the avocado on a bed of lettuce and with salads on the side.
