In a bowl add water, yeast and sugar mix it well and keep aside for 15 min to ferment, then add wheat flour,salt and mix it well and prepare soft dough cover keep it aside for 1,1/2 hour.

Prepare stuffing by grinding the ingredients to a smooth paste.

Now take the dough and make two portions, spread one portion and spread the chutney evenly on the half and fold it in half, seal the edges, heat the steamer and steam the siddu for 15 to 20 min.

Cut in pieces and serve warm with chutney and ghee.
