A refreshing licorice dessert that's simple to make!

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and licorice powder together until it comes to a boil.

Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.

Combine the hot licorice milk with the melted white chocolate, stir well, and let cool.

Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Meanwhile, dissolve the gelatin.

Add the softened, dissolved gelatin to the licorice mixture, stir, then gently fold everything into the whipped cream.

Pour the mixture into your chosen molds and freeze for at least 3 hours.

Remove from the freezer 20–30 minutes before serving to allow the semifreddo to soften.
