Chop two medium onions and fry them. Add the meat to it, fry it, and add the turmeric and black pepper.

Add the red beans and add water to it. Since this dish needs to cook for 12 hours, we pour in enough water.

Finely chop the vegetables and fry them in a separate pan with oil until they turn dark green.

After 5-6 hours of cooking the meat and beans, add the vegetables and let them cook well with the rest of the ingredients.

Wash the Omani lemons, make a few holes in them, pour them into a container full of water, and leave them for an hour to remove their bitterness.

And two hours before the food is ready, we add the lemons. I also added the salt. I added the salt later so that the meat doesn't toughen up. And the lemons should be added at the end, when all the ingredients are cooked, because sour ingredients will prevent the meat and beans from cooking properly if we add them too early.
