Rabri Sattu Modak is a delicious and nutritious modak is my own version recipe which made using from, thick rabri, roasted chana dal flour ( sattu) sugar, poppy seeds and flavours of cardamom powder. These modak recipe is extremely simple, easy to make and taste awesome and devine ✨

Once the milk comes to boil, cook for 5 minutes then add sugar and mix well. reduce the heat low and cook to 20 to 25 min,stir at regular, intervals to avoid scorching.

Once the rabri has very thickened to right consistency remove the pan from heat and tranfer into the plate. Let it cool slightly then add sattu, one tbsp poppy seeds and cardamom powder. Mix very well.

Take a small portion of sattu rabri mixture and make Modak and spread of roasted poppy seeds nicely in all Modak ✨

Refrigerat it and store it.You can enjoy this festive sweets ✨😊✨
