  1. 1 cupsprouted moongdhal
  2. 2green chillies
  3. 1 Small piece of ginger
  4. 1/2 spoonsalt
  5. 1/4 spoonjeera
  6. Bunchcurry and coriander leaves

    Soak the soya chunk in hot water for 5 mints and rinse the water

    Then add to sprouted moongdhal going well, the add all the above-mentioned ingredients again blend it well and good, then make instant dosa it’s good and healthy breakfast 😍

    You can add chopped onion &green chillies
