Wash,peel and cut the raw banana in a half round shape. Putting them in the salty water to avoid them became blackish.

Heat the oil. Fry them on a medium hot oil till crispy.transfer in a dish.

In another pan add ghee and jaggery along with water and let the Jaggery melt off one string syrup.add dry Ginger and cardamom powder.mix well.

Now add fried banana pieces and mix with syrup. At the same time add rice flour and mix quickly but gently till jaggery syrup coats well on each piece of banana. Switch off the gas.

Transfer in a serving dish cool down them,have it in a tea time. Enjoy.
