Cut two apples into cubes and place them in a skillet. Add the brandy and two tablespoons of brown sugar, then cook for about 10 minutes.

Blend the mixture well with an immersion blender. Add the cinnamon, mix well, and let it cool.

Slice the remaining apples thinly and preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Place the pie crust in a tart pan, prick the bottom with a fork, and pour in the blended apple mixture.

Spread the mixture evenly and decorate with the apple slices. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar over the top and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

When the tart is golden and cooked through, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
