Ingredients

30 minutes
8-10 servings
  • 2 (12 oz)bags sliced Chicken sausage or your favorite sausage
  • 1red or green cabbage chopped
  • 1sweet onion diced optional
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 stickButter
  • Salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning to taste
  • 1/2-1 cupchicken broth

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large pot sauté onion in olive oil.

  2. 2

    Add in butter and sausage and brown

    Add in cabbage, seasonings, chicken broth, cover and let simmer till tender stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
