Soak basmati rice and wash well take vessel put water and let it boil add rice by rinsing water

Take another kadai or tawa put butter or ghee add jeera let it splutter add chopped onion saute till golden brown

Add capsicum mutter paneer and cook for 5 minutes

By the time it gets little crunchy grind dry red chillies which are soaked with garam masala

Add 1 teaspoon red chilli paste chopped tomatoes and beetroot and let it cook

Check the rice in between if its done rinse the water and add little ghee in it

Once the veggies are done and are mixed together add all spices and pav bhaji masala mix well

Add rice and mix well, add lemon juice

Garnish with coriander leaves

Street style vegetable pulao or tawa pulao ready to serve with raita and salad
