Heat oil over medium-high heat and cook garlic and shallot until browned (~30 secs)

Add ground pork and brown, stirring continuously. Drain once fully browned.

Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, Golden Mountain sauce, brown sugar, and peppers. Stir until all ingredients are integrated.

Continue cooking until pork is slightly charred.

Add Thai basil leaves and quickly toss until leaves are wilted.

Serve over bed of jasmine rice, top with green onions, and enjoy!
