In a bowl, mash avocado. Add all the thepla ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll into thin theplas and roast on a tawa with a little oil on both sides until golden spots

For the Wrap 🌯
In a bowl, mix hung curd, grated veggies and spices.
Take one thepla, spread chutney (if using), and add a spoonful of curd filling.
Roll it like a wrap or fold in half. - 6
Serve ~
With green chutney or just on its own.
Ideal for breakfast, travel, or tiffin!!
