Steps

Heat oil in a deep pan. Add peanuts and fry until golden. Add turmeric and red chilli powder, stir quickly. Add puffed rice, mix well to coat with spices. Do not add salt.

In a bowl, combine onion, tomato, spring onion, lemon juice, and coriander. Add the spiced puffed rice to the bowl, mix well.

Serve immediately for best texture.
Tips
For extra crispiness, mix the puffed rice with the vegetables just before serving.
