Ingredients

1 Bowl
  1. 1/2 cupPuffed paddy rice
  2. 1/2 cuproasted chana
  3. 1medium size cucumber pieces
  4. 1tomato pieces
  5. 1medium size top onion Chopped
  6. 1 tablespoonpumpkin seeds
  7. 1 tablespooncurry leaves chutney
  8. Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  10. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  11. 8-10 dropslemon
  12. 2 pinchchat masala
  13. 1 tablespoonshev (optional)
  14. 2 tablespoonpomegranate

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take all ingredients on one platform. Then take a one vessel. Add all chopped ingredients in it. Here you can add tomato onion cucumber pomegranate carrot sprouts etc. as per availability you can use. Here I am taking puffed a paddy rice. You can also try only puffed rice.

    Add rosted chana curry leaves chutney, chat masala, pink salt,shev and lemon juice.

    Mix all ingredients you can use coriander here for garnishing. Which is totally optional. This is a protein rich BHEL.

Tips

If you are using sprouts, corn , carrot then you can try steamed. Which is easily digested
