Steps

First of all take all ingredients on one platform. Then take a one vessel. Add all chopped ingredients in it. Here you can add tomato onion cucumber pomegranate carrot sprouts etc. as per availability you can use. Here I am taking puffed a paddy rice. You can also try only puffed rice.

Add rosted chana curry leaves chutney, chat masala, pink salt,shev and lemon juice.

Mix all ingredients you can use coriander here for garnishing. Which is totally optional. This is a protein rich BHEL.
Tips
If you are using sprouts, corn , carrot then you can try steamed. Which is easily digested
