These parathas are soft, healthy and yummy.
Steps

Mash the ripe avocado thoroughly.

In a bowl, mix flour, lemon juice, garlic paste, coriander, salt, green chilli paste, and oil.

Gradually add mashed avocado to form a soft dough, like for rotli. Do not use water.

Rest the dough for 5–10 minutes.

Divide and roll into parathas.
- 6
Cook each paratha on a hot pan, brushing with oil until golden on both sides.
- 7
Serve hot with pickle and/or yoghurt.
Tips
Add the avocado gradually to control the dough consistency.
