Beat the eggs and mix with the milk, then add the sifted flour and matcha. Add melted butter and fry each slice in a frying pan.

The crepe dough is a beautiful green color from the matcha! It is carefully baked like silk.

Add sugar and matcha to the fresh cream to make matcha cream.

Now, the most difficult part is decorating! Sandwich the cream one by one. Carefully spread the matcha cream on 10 crepes.
