Firstly in a pan,take oil roast coriander seeds, cummin seeds,red chillies, cinnamon,methi seeds,lavang.Roast till aroma comes.Remove it and put this mixture in the mixture grinder

Now again add little oil and roast half of onion and garlic till translucent.Put this in the mixture

Now in the mixture add grated coconut, turmeric and tamarind Grind it Again add water in the mixture and grind it to paste

Now in the kadhai add oil When hot add curry leaves and crushed garlic.After wards add sliced onion cook till translucent.Now add grinded paste add water according to curry consistency Cook till it starts bubbling.Add Salt.

Now add eggs broken one by one cover it and cook for 2 to 3 min.Opwn the lid and see Don't put spatula move the kadhai side to side.Cook till done

Now it's ready Serve with Crispy dosas
