Prepare the dough by mixing all ingredients with half a cup of water. Leave for proofing in a greased dish, covered with cling film. Punch after an hour and cover for another half till it doubles. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. Saute the onions. Add condiments, cream cheese and basil. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out two discs of same size. Place the stuffing in the centre and in a ring shape around it on the first disc. Cover with the second disc of dough. Make cuts using pizza cutter around the dough as shown in the picture. Twist each segment and prepare the shape. Give it an egg wash using pastry brush. Bake for 8 minutes at 200°F. Your sunflower bread is ready
