Soyabean Musoor Dal Kofta Curry - Bengali style

Boil the soyabean, then remove extra water. Soak the musoor dal for 15 mintues.

In a mixer jar add soyabean, musoor dal, onion, garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves and salt. Grind it, then add cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.

Make small balls and fry the kofta balls. Another hand in a mixer jar add onion, garlic, ginger and green chilies, make a fine paste.

Now in kadai fry the potato, keep aside. Add onion garlic ginger paste, cook for 3-4 mintues, add spices. saute 2 mintues then add chopped tomato and salt. Cook for 3-4 mintues, when the tomato becomes soft and oil is releasing add potato. Saute it with masala.

Add water and cover the kadai. After 4-5 mintues potato pieces becomes soft and kofta. In high flame cook for 2 mintues, then keep the gas flame off and sprinkle garam masala. Rest for 3 mintues. After 3 mintues gravy is thick then serve it.
