  • 1/4 cupChana Dal
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 2Garlic cloves
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspTamarind paste

    Dry Roast chana dal in a pan.

    Add green chillies and garlic cloves and roast on low heat.

    Now add fresh curry leaves and roast for 2 minute.

    Let it cool and then grind into a fine paste in a mixer jar.
