Take all the needed ingredients.

In a mixer grinder, coarsely grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and fried gram without adding water.

In a bowl, add bhel, roasted peanuts, roasted chickpeas, diced onion, diced tomatoes, mixture, and crushed thattai.

Add the coarsely ground masala, salt, and chaat masala. Mix well.

Squeeze lemon juice and adjust salt to taste. Serve immediately.
Tips
Coarsely grind the chutney ingredients without adding water to maintain a lively texture.
