Wash the winter green vegetables and cut them into small pieces.

Now blanch the beans and broccoli for 10 minutes and keep aside.

Now heat oil in a pan.

Once hot add the chopped garlic and stir till fragnant.

Now add the blanched broccoli, beans and capsicum yo the pan and stir.

Add salt and black pepper, rosemary, thyme,mix well and let it cook on high heat for 5 minutes.

Remove from the stove and serve hot.
