  • 500 gall-purpose flour
  • 100 gsugar
  • 100 gmargarine
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • Milk (as needed)
  • Oil for frying

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg.

  2. 2

    Rub in margarine.

  3. 3

    Add eggs and milk to form dough.

  4. 4

    Roll, cut into small pieces.

  5. 5

    Deep fry until golden.

Tips

Keep dough firm, not soft, for crunchy chin chin.
