As always, a mini batch recipe just in case your LO doesn’t like these so they’re not wasted! These are so delicious I had to stop myself from devouring them. The milled mixed seeds can be substituted with flaxseeds or anything grounded, I added mine just for extra nutrients.

  1. 1Ripe banana
  2. 30 gRolled oats
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1 tbspMilk
  5. 1 tspBaking powder
  6. 1 tspCinnamon
  7. 1 tspMilled mixed seeds
  8. a fewBlueberries

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the banana and mix with egg and milk.

  2. 2

    Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and milled seeds.

  3. 3

    Gently fold in blueberries.

  4. 4

    Spoon the mixture into mini muffin tins.

  5. 5

    Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes.
