Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 kgmilk
  • 1small bowl soaked rice
  • 1small bowl sugar
  • few saffron threads (soaked in milk)
  • chopped walnuts
  • Chopped almonds
  • Chopped pistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in heavy bottom pan.

    Add soaked rice, when boil comes.

    Cook on medium flame.

    When gets thick, add sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add dry fruits, saffron threads.

    Serve hot or cold.
