200 grampaneer cut into cubes
1 teaspoongaram masala powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil and ghee

Heat oil shallow fry the paneer and keep aside

Now add ghee and fry the rice

Add salt and sugar saute well lightly

Add paneer cubes mix well

Add water double quantity of rice

Cover and simmer for 10 mimutes

Garnish with garam masala powder and serve
