Ingredients

30-35 min
9-10 pieces
  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 1/2cocoa powder or drinking chocolate
  3. 1/2 cupyogurt or curd
  4. 1 tspBaking soda
  5. 1 tspBaking powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoonInstant Coffee (optional)
  7. 1/2 cupAny Oil or room temperature butter
  8. 2 teaspoonVanilla essence
  9. 1/2 cupSugar
  10. 1 pinchSalt

Steps

30-35 min

    Assemble dry ingredients.

    Assemble wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    Sift dry ingredients and set it aside.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven @180°c for 10 min. Add curd to a bowl.

  5. 5

    Whisk until foamy and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Add sugar and whisk until thick and creamy.

  7. 7

    Pour oil and vanilla essence....

  8. 8

    And sifted dry ingredients. Mix gently until well combined.

  9. 9

    Grease a pan or along Line it with a wax paper.

  10. 10

    Pour batter in the greased pan.

  11. 11

    Tap the pan to release trapped air.

  12. 12

    Bake for 30-35 minutes on 180°c or until the toothpick comes out clean. For me it was 35 minutes.

    Allow the baked brownie to cool completely. Cut a square and enjoy as is or if you like chocolaty brownies.
